Hunting and Sporting Cartridges

Cartridges are produced for both Russian domestic calibres and Internationally recognised firearms. In general, our cases are made of steel with a lacquered or Zinc plated coating. However, our design and machine specialists can produce brass cases to customer's requirements.

Projectiles are available as either Full Metal Jacket (FMJ), Soft Point (SP), or Hollow Point (HP)

All cartridges are manufactured with either a lead or a lead and antimonide alloy core projectile. Projectile skins are normally bi-metal and projectile weight can be specified by the customer - within ballistic limits. Bullets have non-corrosive "Berdan" primers.

Cartridges of all calibres are manufactured to our high standard of inherent accuracy or can be obtained with enhanced accuracy with bullet dispersion not exceeding the norm by 20 - 40%.

Reliability, ballistic and technical specification of cartridges achieve the highest International levels of quality and conform to ISO 2000 and all Russian GOSTs and standards.

All cartridges produced by the plant are tested at the certified test-control station and from time to time at the State Test Station. As a rule, the cartridges are tested with the most popular firearms of both Russian and International manufacturers.

Cartridges are packed in cardboard boxes (20 or 30 or 50 rds), and come in the following calibres:
